WEDDING OFFICIANT
South Florida’s FAVORITE Wedding Officiants
The wedding officiant is pivotal to your wedding day. They lead the ceremony, guide you through your vows, and officially declare you married. Selecting the right officiant is key to ensuring a smooth and unforgettable ceremony. Our staff includes notary publics and ordained ministers in good standing available to officiate the beginning of your journey as a unified couple.
Before entrusting us with the honor of officiating your wedding, we request a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This allows us to meet, enables you to get to know us better, and provides an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. This way, you can feel assured that we are the perfect fit for your momentous occasion.

FAQ - How To Get Married in Florida
Florida Residents
When applying for a marriage license in the State of Florida, both parties, aged 18 and over, must be present at the Clerk of Court. A Florida marriage license permits a couple to marry anywhere within the state, regardless of the county where the license was issued.
Acceptable forms of identification include:
- Drivers license
- Passport
- State identification card
- US Military identification
- Alien registration card
Additionally, in compliance with Florida law, anyone who has been issued a Social Security number must provide it during the marriage license application process.
For Florida residents, there is a mandatory 3-day waiting period before the marriage license becomes effective. However, residents may opt to attend a premarital course from a registered provider, which can waive the waiting period.
Out of State Residents / US Citizens
Out-of-state residents can obtain a Florida Marriage License through our Florida Marriage License By Mail program.
Alternatively, you may also obtain your Florida Marriage License at any Clerk of Court in the State of Florida.
Both the bride and groom must present valid photo identification, such as a driver’s license, state identification card, government or military identification card, or passport.
There is no waiting period for out-of-state residents.
If either party was previously married and divorced, the date of the divorce must be provided. If the divorce was finalized within thirty days prior to applying for a new marriage license, a certified copy of the recorded final order will be required.
International Residents
You may obtain your Florida Marriage License through our convenient Florida Marriage License By Mail program, or by visiting any Clerk of Court in the State of Florida. Both the bride and groom are required to present a valid photo passport as identification.
For individuals who are not U.S. citizens and are from a foreign country, alien registration documentation or other proof containing an alien registration number is acceptable for obtaining a marriage license. If either party has been previously married and divorced, the date of the divorce must be provided. If the divorce was finalized within thirty days prior to applying for a new marriage license, a certified copy of the recorded final order will be required.
International residents are not subject to a waiting period. However, most countries require that the marriage license be registered with the local registrar office or government agency. It is advisable to consult with your embassy, consulate, or appropriate office for specific requirements.
Previously Married?
If previously married, the specific date of the death, divorce, or annulment of the most recent marriage must be provided.
